Price Increases have just been announced by the main UK importer and supplier of stained glass supplies.The price increases relate currently (16 January 2006) to lead came and copper foil. Lead prices have jumped by 9% and foil by 3%, and as a consiquence we have had to adjust our prices accordingly. It is only a matter of time before solder prices also rise
Glasworks are pleased to announce that we are now on Google Talk and have invites to hand out for this totally free internet phone and email service for our existing and new customers. The advantage of using Google Talk to communicate with us is that voice calls are totally free worldwide. Once you have Google Talk you can then invite other people that you know into the service also for free.
Please not that we will only offer this to existing customers and new customers who buy tools equipment and glass from us.
We have been using the service for about a week now (12 December 2005) and have been using a low value combination head set and microphone which has provided excellent results. We hope to be offering this head set to our customers and clients for the price of £5.00 when stocks arrive.
